We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of Payble after modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

4. Earnings and Rewards

4.1 All Tiers

Syntree offers rewards incentive program, allowing you to earn basic points rewards that are non redeemable for cash.

4.2 Uninstall at any time

For all users you can uninstall the program or chrome extension at any time

4.3 Payouts

When participating in the network and earnings program, you authorize Syntree to utilize your computer and internet, for computing, storage, processing, internet access, upload, download, and other services in perpetuity and in an unlimited unrestricted recurring basis. You may uninstall at any time or modify your configuration through your account settings.

4.4 No Guarantee of Earnings

You can cancel your support and contributions at any time through your account settings or uninstalling. Upon cancellation, your access to rewards will pause but your account will remain active until you request it to be removed. Earnings are subject to our Earnings Policy, and refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods or partial compute contributions.

5. Use of Service

5.1 License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Syntree solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use Syntree for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the service.

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with Syntree.

• Use any automated means (e.g., bots or scrapers) to access Syntree without our prior consent in concert with our program.

5.3 Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect any violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our services. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

In no event will Syntree total liability for any claims exceed the amount you earned by us in the last 12 months for the services provided.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal disputes related to these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of United States.
